FANDOM IS A SMALL TOWN, SO LEAVE SOME NICE GOSSIP ABOUT YOUR AUTHORS IN THE COMMENTS!

Open for Christmas by @festiveferret: It was Christmas fucking Eve, in the middle of fucking nowhere, and his car was completely fucking dead. Fuck.

Broken by starsandstark:
Avengers small town AU (no superpowers). Tony Stark moves to the tiny
town of Kiowa, KS for his job as a big oil tycoon with his son Peter
& personal assistant Pepper Potts. Things are boring until school
starts when Tony meets Peter’s 1st grade teacher, Steve Rogers, and
falls hard for the pretty blonde in the checkered shirts.

Stetsons and Schoolteachers by NotEvenCloseToStraight:  Alpha Sheriff Steve Rogers doesn’t know what to think of the new school teacher in his small town. Omega
Tony Carbonell is a quick witted, sharp tongued, sarcastic Omega with a
butt that won’t quit– and a temper that won’t quit either. Every
attempt the Sheriff makes to get close is met with rolled eyes and
snarkiness, but finally Tony gives in a little bit and the pair spends a
few moments together that leaves the Alpha panting, desperate for more.
But there’s a layer of secrets beneath the Omega’s attitude, and the more Steve pushes, the more Tony pulls away. When
Tony’s past comes back in a terrifying way, Steve learns more about the
Omega than he ever thought he would, secrets that make him rage,
stories that break his heart, and when Tony is kidnapped, the Sheriff
saddles up to bring his Omega home. But Tony doesn’t consider Wildrock home, and he certainly doesn’t consider Steve his Alpha. How can the Stetson wearing Sheriff convince the stubborn Schoolteacher that they are meant to be?

Last Train Home by erde:
Steve writes letters to Tony that he never sends. By the time he hands
them to their rightful owner, Tony has had a brush with death, has
retired as a superhero, and now has a small town workshop of his very
own. But it’s okay, Steve has gone into retirement too.

Clouds Over a Century Sky by XtaticPearl:
Steve Rogers decides to go to Dublin when he is invited by his estranged
partner to a conference, despite arguments by his friends. He is
convinced that a gesture of commitment might solve their relationship,
and sets off on the trip with a ring in hand. Steve’s troubles begin
when his flight is diverted due to stormy weather and gets him being
stranded at a small town.  At a pub, when Steve discovers that the
cabs might be more than he can afford at the moment, the barkeep informs
him of a fellow American who was staying there and had a rental car.
Steve meets Tony, an unpredictable, witty, and oddly smooth self-claimed
mechanic, who makes the journey more complicated by making Steve
challenge almost everything he believed was simple about himself.

i want the green grass and the tomato plants by theappleppielifestyle:  When Tony arrives to Stardew Valley, he spends the first five minutes staring.(Or, a Stardew Valley AU. Tony rebuilds a farm and owns chickens. Steve paints.)

I’ll Be Looking at the Moon by @blossomsinthemist:
All the Avengers have returned from the alternate dimension where
Franklin Richards sent them after they sacrificed themselves to defeat
Onslaught–except Iron Man.  Steve Rogers, though, believes that he’s
still out there, and resolves to look for him, refusing to give up on
the idea that Tony Stark is out there somewhere, alive.

Down on the Farm by tellxmebby:
Tony laughs, throwing an old rag at the blond man, who bats it away in the air. “Fuck you.”

“Mm,” Steve rolls back under the car with a newly fitted socket, “maybe later.”
Steve grins up at the chrome above him at the lack of
response. It must take Tony a minute to recover, but when he does Steve
hears him huff.

The Secret Invention of Tony Stark by AssistedRealityInterface:
Steve moves into his grandmother’s house after her death with his friend
Bucky, expecting only to make a name for himself as an artist in the
little nearby town. Neither he or Bucky, however, expected the other
person living in the house with them; a small fairy-like creature who
goes by the name of Tony Stark. Tony has more goals that simply
borrowing their supplies and befriending their cat, however; he wants to
get big, and he’s going to find a way to do it no matter what.

I Whisper Your Name on Each Star I See Falling by JezebelGoldstone: The day Natasha first told Steve her idea, he never
would have dreamed that her fool notion would land him here: watching
the train roll into the station and trying to wrap his mind around the
fact that somewhere in there is the man who agreed to marry him.Steve,
an alpha farmer living outside a small town in the Rockies who doesn’t
want to admit how lonely he is, has been exchanging letters with omega
Tony for nearly a year. When at last Tony arrives in Big Eden, Steve is
confronted with the fact that he doesn’t know Tony as well as he thought
he did – and falls for him harder than a landslide anyway.

None of This is Righteous Anger by CatchClaw:
“Shut up, Sheriff,” Tony says, both his fists in Steve’s shirt now, that
tin star poking, his heart a dead pound in his throat. “Unless your
next sentence is let me take you to bed, because otherwise, you can go straight to hell.”

Boys, boys, boys by Missy_dee811:
Steve keeps putting off his oil change. Finally deciding to see the mechanic in town.

Rocky Road by AllieBC:
Tony Stark gets himself stuck out in the middle of nowhere, Kansas and needs a mechanic. He may have found something more.

Rockabye Verse by BladeoftheNebula:  Cute alphas didn’t appear out of nowhere to help ruined omegas. That was a widely accepted fact.Tony Stark had always known his life wouldn’t be easy as a genius
omega in an alpha’s world. But not even he predicted getting knocked up
and forced to move to a small town in the middle of nowhere.

When You Smile, I See Stars in the Sky by yuniesan: There were several reasons as to why Tony Stark had
decided not to go to MIT, instead following with his sister Natasha to a
small town college in Upstate NY. One of the reasons was because one of
his favorite authors was teaching a fiction writing class.. The second
was the chance to go somewhere where there was a chance that no one
would know he was a Stark.. The third was to stay out of his father’s
way all the while writing fanfics about his favorite superhero Captain
America. On his first day he meets Steve Rogers, and from that moment
forward Tony’s life changes more than he could imagine.Steve
Rogers hated Captain America, his father had created the character for
him when he was a baby, like his brothers who also had their own comic
book characters, but for some reason Captain America had become his
father’s most popular character. Now a Junior at college, he meets Tony,
who absolutely loves Captain America, but there’s something that caught
Steve’s eye. In some of the drawings above Tony’s desk is another hero,
a man in a metal suit, but as he gets to know Tony, he finds himself
falling for the writer as well as the character that Tony’s created to
work alongside Captain America.
