Officer Rogers and Prison AUs

Officer Rogers and Prison AUs

With Chris showing up as Hot Officer in his play, and this post going around, I thought I’d do some Cop/Prison AU suggestions, so here you go!

Doughnuts and Officer Handsome by MystikSpiral:
Every morning, Tony went to his favorite doughnut shop. He’d order a
few, a cup of coffee, and leisurely sit and eat, or rush out the door
depending on whether or not he was running late for some meeting. Every
morning, a tall blond caught his eyes, bulging muscles, looking as stern
as ever while ordering a cup of coffee and a doughnut.

Tony Stark Is Not A Fan of Horror Movies by megless: As long as he focused on Jarvis and kept convincing himself that it wasn’t real and-what that fuck was that?

The Squirrel that was Cupid by Chikasumi_Kurotsuki:
Tony’s having a bad day, night, whatever it is and he really wished the
cop would stop laughing already because it’s really not that funny.

The Truth and Nothing But the Truth by Buggy_Barnes: cop Steve/witness Tony

Officer America by Renai_Chan: Saving the world is much rarer than it used to be back
in WW2. Bored during Avenger downtime, Steve decides to put himself to
better use keeping the streets of New York clean as the newest member of
the NYPD.Tony, meanwhile, is all about his uniform.

The Right Side (Of the Law) by Pearl_Unplanned:
And so there Officer Rogers found himself, tied up by a street gang
called Hydra, hand-cuffed to a notorious ex-criminal Tony Stark who
insists that he wasn’t the one trying to set off a bomb. Right. How did
Steve’s life come to this?

I Didn’t Recognize You Without the Handcuffs by shinkonokokoro:
Avengers AU where Steve is a New York cop and Tony’s rich and bored. Solution? Get arrested.

Donuts (And A Promise) by @kurowrites: Tony only wanted some donuts. Instead he gets his arm stuck in a car door and groped by a police officer. Okay, maybe that’s not QUITE what happened. But there’s definitely donuts and police officers.

Metal and Sepia by Nyxelestia:
Police Captain Steve Rogers comes to the Iron Man Speak Easy to talk
business with its notorious owner, Tony Stark – and get his weekly bonus
a little early.

Sometimes It Hurts Instead by haku23: Steve Rogers is an officer for the NYPD when an
accident takes him out of commission-possibly permanently. Enter: Tony
Stark, rich, handsome, and in need of a bodyguard. Naturally, he has
just the person in mind to take the job; much to Steve’s chagrin. Or; Steve is a washed up cop, Tony is a socialite, and they argue in various locales.

Rookie and Jailbait Take on the World by theappleppielifestyle: “You really should be in school, you know.”“Why
would I be there when I could be here, solving crimes with my favourite
rookie?” Tony flashes a grin, and Steve’s stomach twists like it did on
the first day.Teenager, Steve’s mind supplies. Definitely not legal, stop doing fluttery things, stomach.

Heart In Chains by chubbychoco:
A horrible misunderstanding with an undercover cop leaves Steve Rogers
flat on his ass in prison…where he soon attracts the attention of the
pen’s most dangerous, intelligent, and – unfortunately – attractive
inmate, Tony Stark.  The thing is, the more his fellow inmates warn him
to keep away, the more fascinated with Tony he becomes.

Ain’t Nobody’s Business If I Do by @copperbadge:
The year is 1930, Prohibition and the Depression are both in full swing,
and Chicago Police Detective Steve Rogers has his hands full. There’s a
dead body on the banks of Lake Michigan, the entire city’s legal system
is corrupt, and the king gangster of the North Side, Tony Stark, has
taken more than a passing interest in him.

Nightmare and Sunshine by @captainneverever:
Tony loses everything when Thunderbolt Ross comes for him.

Cell Block Tango by MarvelousMenagerie: Tony Stark wasn’t really expecting to end up in prison,
even if he did commit a crime. He saved Rhodey’s life hijacking that
military operation, he certainly wasn’t going to apologize for it. Turns
out there’s many things he doesn’t expect. For one, having a cellmate in the form of Steve Rogers. For another, the cash reward on his own head.

Inside/Outside (the freedom remix) by @robintcj:
Tony Stark’s mentor and second-in-command, Obadiah Stane, has framed him
for international arms dealing, and Tony has wound up in prison,
sharing a cell with Steve Rogers, a Special Ops soldier who doesn’t
belong behind bars, either.

Blank Slate–A Tony Stark Mystery by navaan: He doesn’t remember who he is or who his friends are,
but he knows he’s in a Nazi prison and needs to get away. He doesn’t
remember anything about Captain America either, but the man seems to be
the kind of guy you trust. And apparently they share more history than meets the eye at first glance.

Five Times Steve and Tony (Tried To) Bail Each Other Out of Jail by Teyke:
Twice before Civil War, twice after, and once during. For very loose definitions of both ‘bail’ and ‘jail’.

I Want To Believe by Tobezilla:
For six months, Tony fights to survive in a prison where he is beaten
and forced to work endless hours daily. When he returns home, he is
desperate to give meaning to the pain and suffering he endured.
